Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Certain items such as clearance, final sale, or custom-made products may not be eligible for return. This will be indicated on the product page.

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photo or video evidence.

  • In these cases, Reptiva will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:
